  • How can I try out ImpactMonitor?

    Send us an email at info@impactmonitor.com with your contact information. We'll perform the initial account set up in no time.

  • Is there a free plan? Do you offer a trial?

    We consider your first 7 days to be a trial period because we offer a full refund if you cancel your service within those 7 days. We do not currently offer a free plan.

  • How often are the monitors running?

    Items with high activity get crawled every few minutes, while items with sporadic activity have monitors running every few hours.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept PayPal and all types of major credit cards, such as VISA and MasterCard.

  • How do I get API access?

    API access is automatically enabled for the higher plans. This capability is currently in beta. Contact us at info@impactmonitor.com.

  • Do I need to download or install something?

    No. ImpactMonitor works completely online so we remain independent and autonomous. All you need is an Internet connection.

  • Do you give discounts to non-profits or charitable organisations?

    Yes we do. Thanks to BMGF's Global Access policy, we are able to offer discounts to your development assistance and charitable projects. Contact us for details.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

    No. ImpactMonitor works with both monthly and yearly contracts.
